$10 for a $20 Amazon gift card

Did anyone else see this deal on Living Social?  If you use Amazon Mom for diapers, this could cut the already great cost of a box of diapers even more!  And even if you don’t buy diapers, what doesn’t Amazon have?  Check it out here:  https://livingsocial.com/deals/21336?ref=conf-jp&rpi=4424405

Parenting Blog

I came across this blog from another blog that I read and thought I would share.  It’s http://katyshamitz.blogspot.com/.  She is a child and family coach and consultant.  Basically it’s just little parenting tips, things I think most of us can use.  She covers things from organization to preschool anger, defiance, and teaching gratitude.  I think it’s definitely one worth adding to your list of blogs.

Monkey Joes!

Hey! I just bought this deal from LivingSocial Deals: A Five-Visit ($20) or Ten-Visit Pass ($35) (https://livingsocial.com/deals/18803?ref=iphone-conf-jp&rui=12507404) The deal is only available for 18 more hours, so check it out and get in while you still have the chance!

It's just a couple blocks from the Marcus Majestic Theatres in Brookfield. Super fun for kids - just like Flabbergast. Let me know who buys this deal so we can go together!

FREE Baby Swing

I have a Fisher-Price Ocean Wonders Aquarium Cradle Swing. I was going to haul it off to Goodwill, but wanted to put it out there first. It's a good condition, it's pretty durable. Music and swing both work fine. Although, FYI, it's not brand spankin new; I purchased it off of Craigslist two kiddos ago. (Though, that said, I love it and it works!)

Veggies

If anyone is interested in a bunch of farm-fresh organic vegetables next year, Springdale Farm is now accepting sign-ups for 2011. You can check out the website here: www.springdalefarmcsa.org. We got the half share this year and will be getting it again next year. It's a fun way to try new vegetables and support local agriculture. You are welcome to call or email me with any questions. - Linda
