This site has a few good ones right now. I LOVED the one for Hectors restaurant in Wauwatosa. It's $12.50 for a $50 gift certificate. I did it, we ate there, it works! The only catch is that is has to be used by the end of the month. The shipping times say they are long, I did the standard shipping and got it in two days.

Free Bowling for Kids
If you're looking for something to do with the kids this summer, try bowling (for FREE!). AMF bowling lanes has a summer promotion going on. You register with them online and they'll email you weekly coupons for free bowling with your kids (shoe rentals are extra). Not a bad way to spend a summer afternoon!
